A detailed overview of the different online e-stands we offer can be found under "Available stands" Step 2 : Download the exhibition agreement To register your company and exhibit on FAIR CALENDAR.COM you can either contact us under fair@fairarea.com or directly print and fill in our exhibition agreement. To view the exhibition agreement, you will need Acrobate Reader. If you do not have the Acrobat Reader, please request that we fax you the agreement (contact us !). Next Steps ... Once we have received your exhibition agreement we contact you regarding the material to build up the contents of your stand on fair@fairarea.com. 1. Contents and material request You can here either send us the exact contents you wish to be displayed on sour exhibition stand, either let us do the work based on the material of your website. 2. Design of your stand You do not have to worry about the design of your stand. FAIR CALENDAR.COM will make all the needed designs based on the material you have send us or based on the material of your website. 3. Publication of your stand on FAIR CALENDAR.COM Once we have complete the contents and design of your stand(s), it (they) will be published on FAIR CALENDAR.COM by our next database update. 4. Billing The billing occurs after your stand has been published. To make it as easy as possible, payment can be fulfill either by credit card or by wire transfer.
